1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and MAR 1289 LLC, doing business as Haviram ("Haviram," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of haviram.com (the "Site") and any repair services you request from us ("Services"). By accessing the Site or requesting Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or request our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to request Services or enter into a repair agreement with Haviram.

3. Description of Services

Haviram provides repair services for household appliances, consumer electronics, footwear and leather goods, and tools and equipment, performed in-home, in our workshop, or via mail-in service as applicable. Service availability varies by item type and location.

4. Estimates & Pricing

Diagnosis and written estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise disclosed in advance. No repair work will begin until you approve the estimated price. Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate only if additional issues are discovered during the repair, and any such change will be communicated to you for approval before work continues. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

5. Scheduling, Cancellation & Access

Appointments are subject to technician availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. For in-home service, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the item being repaired. Haviram reserves the right to decline or discontinue service where conditions present a safety hazard to our technicians.

6. Parts & Repairs

Haviram uses new OEM or quality compatible replacement parts as appropriate for each repair, and will disclose the type of part used upon request. Items may be disassembled as part of diagnosis or repair; in some cases, a pre-existing, undisclosed condition may be discovered that affects the outcome of a repair, and we will inform you if this occurs.

7. Payment

Payment for approved repairs is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as made available at the time of service.

8. Warranty

Completed repairs are covered by Haviram's 90-day limited warranty on the specific parts and labor involved in that repair, as described in our Refund & Repair Policy. This warranty does not cover unrelated pre-existing issues, new damage, or normal wear and tear occurring after the repair.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haviram's total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific repair giving rise to the claim. Haviram is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of use, or lost business, arising from our Services or this Site, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Items left in our care are handled with reasonable care; however, Haviram's liability for loss or damage to an item while in our possession is limited to the fair market value of the item or the cost of the requested repair, whichever is less, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties for Site Use

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and the Haviram name and mark, is the property of MAR 1289 LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

12. Brand References

References to third-party brand or manufacturer names on this Site are used solely to identify products we are capable of repairing and do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those manufacturers. See our Disclaimer for more information.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haviram, its owners, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
